The QC department operates strictly according to the ISO9001 quality management system mode. The IQC department strictly checks and controls the raw material before incoming and outcoming the warehouse to ensure that unqualified products are not put into use; IPQC department inspect the producing process of metal department, injection department, assembly department, according to tour inspection at intervals to ensure the production process capacity.
Over 20 experienced QC staffs for the production of finished products to carry out 100% completed inspection; QA Department introduces precision testing equipment from Japan and Taiwan to do sampling inspection on the reliability of products related to mechanical properties and electrical properties, to ensure that products meet customer requirements, and it can timely follow and reply client’s feedback.
